How do I change my health insurance plan?

If you've previously enrolled in a health insurance plan via Kota and now you wish to edit your plan, you'll just have to let us know the desired changes via chat or email ([email protected]). We remain quite flexible and allow you to upgrade or downgrade plans, as well as add or remove dependents, or even add, remove or switch add-ons. Nonetheless, some of these actions are only possible at enrolment or renewal.

UK employees whose employer set up a ‘Group Health Insurance Plan’ through Vitality do not have the options to upgrade or downgrade plans, as they are owned by the employer and all benefits have been selected by them
