Kota's pricing is straightforward. It costs you, the employer, €9 (+ VAT) per person per month, while it's completely free for your employees to use Kota. Billing will begin once at least one of your employees enrols with Kota's benefits. You’ll then be retroactively invoiced for Kota's fees on the 1st of every month.

You are only charged for enrolled members of your team.

​What is an enrolled person?
An enrolled person is an employee who has joined a benefit through Kota. For example, you have offered your employee a contribution for their health policy. The employee signed into the mobile app, and took out a healthcare policy. This is an enrolled person.  If someone on your team was added to Kota, downloaded our mobile app and signed up, but has not enrolled in any benefits scheme, we will not charge you for this.
