When you log into Kota's app, and you tap on 'Health Insurance', you’ll be presented a list of available plans. Simply tap on the ‘More info’ icon for a specific plan to see what's included and up to what amount for that plan. You can also use the search bar to search for particular coverage within that plan. On the bottom of each plan's screen, you'll find the provider's documentation with further details.
This should provide you with all the context you need to make an informed decision about which plan will work best for you and your needs.
Once you've selected and enrolled in a specific health insurance plan, you'll be able to review its coverage and up to what amount, by tapping on 'Health Insurance', and then 'Coverage details'.
Kota's offer for health insurance in the UK is not customisable. Your employer chooses the health insurance offering, which is standardised for employees, so in this case, you won't see displayed this list of different options.
