What are add-ons?

"Add-ons" are additional coverages that you can add to your health insurance plan beyond the standard coverage. Some health insurance plans include a minimum number of add-ons for free. You have the option to add these when you select your health insurance plan.

If you select more add-ons than the ones included in your health insurance plan, extra costs will apply that might or not be covered by your employer's contribution. Everything that goes over your employer's contribution would be paid by you, and be deducted from your salary. You'll have this information in the final quote details screen, so you can make an informed decision on whether taking those add-ons is still within your budget.
