If you need to add new members to Kota, you can select the 'People' tab on your dashboard. You can either add employees one-by-one or in bulk, as explained below.
Reminder: After adding new members, you will then need to add them to a package for them to be invited to Kota.
1. Add one-by-one
Click the ‘Add a member’ button in top right corner to add employees one-by-one. You can then add some details about the person.
2. Add in bulk
Click the 'Upload .xls' button in the top right corner. You can then fill and upload an Excel template with employee details to add your employees.
Add these new team members to a package
Finally, you can then add these new team members to a package so they can get up and running with health insurance and/or a pension.
Simply select the package you want to add new members to. Click the '+' button in the Members section of the page, and select those employees you want to add. They will then receive an invite to join Kota and enrol themselves in a plan. It's that simple!
