You will only be charged for employees who are using Kota.
Billing will begin for your employee once they are enrolled with Kota and their healthcare or pension plan is in use. Your staff will be provided with their log in details as soon as you create a package in Kota, so that they can get set up quickly and easily.
If an employee has downloaded the app and has not chosen a plan yet, they will not be charged. They must be enrolled in a healthcare or pension plan to be an active member of Kota.
During your onboarding, we will provide you with resources that will help you to communicate what Kota does, so you don't have to. Your customer success manager will also be on hand with tips to help you activate your people.
