Absolutely, that's not a limitation on Vitality's or Kota's end!
It's up to you as an employer to define whether or not you'd like your employees to add dependants to their health insurance and, if they do, who pays for that premium increase. This means that adding dependants should always go through you as the employer, as the employer determines these aspects.
If you decide to add any dependants to one or more employees, you can do that at the initial stage (when requesting the group policy quote from the provider, Vitality) or after your policy has been set up. We'll need to know who are the employees that will be adding dependants and, on top of that, the following dependant information will be required:
Name
DOB
Relationship with the employee
Address
Gender (preferred)
Whether they have health insurance already
Email address (for adult dependants only)
Once we get all these details, we'll request a new quote from Vitality and confirm it with you. If you agree with it, we'll then add those dependants to your policy.
