If, as an employer you already offer health insurance via Irish life, we can transfer you over to Kota, at point of renewal. Your employees then have complete access to the Kota dashboard to choose their benefits. They can stick with their current health insurance, and their policy number and plan details will remain the same. Or, with full Kota access, employees can move to another policy that we offer - the decision lies with them making the experience flexible and employee friendly.
