Health insurance policies typically have a one-year duration and are automatically renewed at the end of this period to ensure no disruption in service, unless you specifically request cancellation.
Kota will contact you more than one month before the renewal date to inform you of this milestone. This is your opportunity to make adjustments to the occupational group health scheme, such as changing the amount you contribute per employee or their dependents (if applicable). The health insurance provider will also reach out to you approximately one month before renewal.
