Why can't I log in to my account?

Employers can log in to their account via the web app, through this link. You'll need to insert your work email address and the password you set up when you registered.

In case you can't recall your password, you can reset it by clicking here or on the 'Forgot your password?' on the Login page. Be sure to check the reset email we've sent you in your inbox, as well as in your spam folders.

If none of this is working, please reach out to us via chat or email ([email protected]) with a screenshot of the error message you're getting, and we'll help you out.

Employers' accounts are only accessible via the web app. There is no mobile app for employers.
