Kota doesn't use a password system to grant you access to your account. We use a one-time password generated every time you'd like to log in to the mobile app. As so, if you ever log out, you'll be requested to insert your mobile phone number to re-log in, so we can send you a one-time passcode via text message. 

Note that this one-time password will only be valid for 15 minutes. If this period is over, the code has expired and you should request a new one by tapping on ‘Send again’.

In case you're not able to log in to your account via this method, you can try uninstalling the mobile app from your device and reinstalling the latest version.

If this is not working either, and you already have an account, please ensure you are tapping the 'log in' option, and not the 'Join Kota' button.

Employees' access to their Kota account is only done via the mobile app. The web app access is restricted to employers, so if you try to log in via the browser, you'll get an error message.
