You'll only be able to use Kota to get access to benefits if your employer is already working with us. In that case, once your employer has finished setting up all the benefits package details on their end, you'll receive an invitation email in your work inbox to join Kota. This email contains a link to download Kota's mobile app (available both for iOS and Android) and your invite code. This is all you need to create an account with us. The rest is simple!

Insert your personal invite code (this won't be requested if you've used the link on the invitation email)
Fill in all the required personal details, and you're in!
Once you've signed up and logged in, you will be able to compare and choose from the benefits made available by your employer and customise them to your needs*. After having confirmed your selection in the mobile app, some of the benefits will be immediately available, while some others will take a few days to administer (depending on the benefit, provider and country). If you download the app and try to sign up before your employer has invited you, you won't be able to log in. In case you can't find any invitation email in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us at [email protected].
* For employees based in the UK, there won't be any need to activate their pension or health plans, as these will be automatically active from the moment your employer enrols you in those benefits.
