Pension with Irish Life

Your pension is set up immediately. However, as the scheme is new, it might be still in the installation phase with Irish Life, as they have Revenue and Regulatory requirements they need to fulfil - which can take 12 to 16 weeks. This means that your employee pension savings are still being saved in the way they have selected, but they may not have access to the Irish Life Portal (Pension Planet) until this has been completed.

Health insurance with Vitality
To create a health insurance plan with Vitality, you'll first have to submit a request and wait for their quote, which normally takes approximately 2 working days. Then, if you accept it and proceed, it will become active from the designated start date.

Pension with Smart Pension
Available as soon as the agreement with Smart Pension is signed by the signatories.

Health insurance with Allianz
It will be active within the first 2 working days after creating the scheme in Kota’s mobile app.
