Using Kota is free.
You will only be charged for pension contributions (if you're enrolled in a pension scheme) and/or if you select/customise any healthcare plan that costs more than the allowance your employer has given you. We can find all the details about costs here.
If any of these payments apply to you, we will charge them in your payslip rather than in a separate invoice. That is, Kota will be deducting this from your salary every month.

Depending on the payment cycle of your benefits provider/s and the day you enrol in a benefits package, you might be charged only on your second month after having enrolled with Kota. If that's the case, you'll be charged your second full month together with your prorated first month.
