Kota costs €9 (EU customers) / £8.99 (UK customers) per employee per month, plus VAT and processing fees. These fees are charged directly to you, the employer, on the 1st of every month. Therefore, for your employees, it's completely free for them to sign up and use Kota.

Note that you are only charged for the employees who are enrolled in a benefit through Kota. If someone on your team signed up for Kota but is not benefiting from any benefit, we will not charge you for this. See more details here.
