Yes! Kota has monthly billing, but we don’t have any binding period associated. That means you can stop working with us, or you can remove a team member from benefits, at any time*.
While Kota won't apply any cancellation fees to such action, bear in mind that if you have already activated a benefits package, the respective provider/s might charge you for cancelling mid-commitment. Learn more about cancellation fees here.
* As with standard cancellation practices, if you cancel Kota mid-month, you will be charged full Kota fees for that current month on the 1st of the next month.
