It is important to be clear on what you want to offer your employees for the chosen benefit, as once the benefit is created, it may not be possible to change your selection, depending on the product. 

You can add more people to a package or, under certain conditions (for the same provider and country), add more benefits. For example, if you have created a package with health insurance in Ireland, you can later add an Irish pension scheme to the package - or vice-versa.
