Yes, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services are included with health insurance policies provided by our provider. EAP offers support for mental health, counseling, and wellness resources. However, only employees who have an active health insurance policy are eligible for EAP services. Employees without an active policy, even if part of the employer’s scheme, are not able to access EAP services.
