In case you stopped offering any of your own employee benefits, or you changed the redemption conditions, you can always delete the benefit, or edit the information you've previously inserted.
Go to the Benefits page in your Kota account, select the country and click on the 'Manage benefit' button for the benefit you'd like to delete or edit. On the next screen, you'll be presented with a summary of this benefit details.

It's not possible to delete a benefit from the web app, but you can make it inactive. On the top left corner, switch the status from active to inactive. This will remove access to this benefit from your members; the benefit won’t thus be visible in the Kota mobile app anymore.
You can always activate it again later by following these exact same steps.

Click on the 'Edit benefit' black button on the top right corner and change any information you'd like to. You can use the simulator on the left side to see how these will look for your employees when they check them on the mobile app. When you're happy with the end result, don't forget to click on the 'save changes' button at the bottom of the page.
