We want to ensure that Kota is a product that suits everyone - diverse employers' and employees' profiles. The product is thus completely customisable and built to suit a wide range of budgets and coverages. We believe this is the best scenario as we understand different people have different needs, so empowering your staff to make the best option for them is better than a one-size-fits-all solution.

Yet, this flexibility won't make it more complex for you to handle this benefit. You'll be able to select the maximum amount within your budget you'd like to contribute to your employees' health care plan, and, on their end, your employees will be able to select what plan and what coverages suit them best within that price range. They'll even be allowed to choose a more expensive plan if that meets their needs better and they're willing to cover the difference from their salary.

Nonetheless, if you prefer your employees to join one specific plan, you can choose to cover all costs on that plan. Then, we advise you to communicate with your staff to encourage them to select that plan.

The above is not applicable to the UK healthcare solution offered by Kota. For UK health insurance, employers select one single plan for their whole staff.
