Can employees see any information on packages?

In short, no.

Your employees cannot see any information about packages. Packages are there to help you as the employer to categorise benefits. Employees cannot see the package names or any other detail entered on the employer dashboard.

When employees open their mobile app, they will only see the benefits offered to them, how much you are contributing, and how they can customize these plans (if applicable).

For instance, if you're offering both health insurance and pension to your staff, this is what they'll see when they sign up and open Kota's mobile app:


A section for each benefit is displayed, and the amount/percentage you'll be contributing is also visible.

If they tap on a benefit that allows for customisation, all available options will be displayed so they can select from:
