Kota provides benefits for employees across Europe. If your country of residence changes permanently but you remain employed by the same organization, your company should create a benefits package for the country you are moving to (in case they haven't one yet) and link you to it. Note that benefits are country-specific as Kota always works with local providers that provide the best service.
In case you're leaving Europe or simply leaving your employer, your Kota benefits will be cancelled.
