We can mediate a pension switch from your provider to Smart Pension. Please note: This is not a full pension scheme transfer. With a pension switch, we can assist you in stopping working with your current provider and moving to Smart Pension to start having your scheme contributions managed by Kota and Smart Pension. Note that any funds accumulated up to the present will still stay with your previous provider. It's only the new contributions that will be sent into Smart Pension.

The process can differ based on your company's size, as organisations with more than 50 employees will have to go through a consultation period of 60 days before being able to switch.

In case you would also want to transfer the funds from your previous provider to Smart Pension (ie, to consolidate the funds), this is something you'll have to manage directly between your previous provider and Smart Pension.
