Updating your current payment details can be done on the Kota dashboard, via the Kota billing page:
1. Log in to your Kota dashboard ✨
2. Click through to the billing tab
3. Select your billing entity. If you have multiple countries, with multiple billing entities, be sure to click the correct country, and choose your entity
4. From there you will see entity details and payment details, along with your invoice and payroll reporting history
Hit the pencil icon in the top right hand corner of the 'Payment Method' tab
5. From here, you'll be able to enter new card details, or direct debit details and once saved, these details will be updated
